Breck Kennel Contract of Sale Puppies priced early may have their prices changed as they get older and change, until they are sold, which locks in a price. Puppies picked before 9 weeks old can be changed for another one until it is 9 weeks old and then it is considered sold and deposit is non -transferable. If the puppy is over 9 weeks old when the deposit is put on it, the deposit is non transferable to another puppy. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. We ship priority parcel out of Dallas, Texas. The cost of the health certificate, crate, and shipping is $275. A Puppy must be not only old enough, but big enough to ship. When puppies are ready to go, you have 7 days to pay it off with the shipping, if applicable. If the puppy has to be shipped, you need to pay it off early or pay with a cashiers check or through paypal, to avoid holding up shipping [paypal charges 3% to use them]. If the puppy is being picked up, final payment can be made at that time. If puppy is not paid off are other arrangements made with in two weeks of being told puppy is ready to go, puppy is put back up for sale and your deposit is forfeited. If I meet you down the road to pick up your puppy, there will be an extra charge, to off set expenses. As a kennel owner I cannot absolutely guarantee the health of any puppy, but I will do my best by having the puppy checked before it is shipped. If however , you have a health problem with the puppy you buy, you may have it examined by two unassociated licensed Veterinarians within a 72 hour period and if the puppy is diagnosed as being unhealthy as a pet Breck Kennel will replace the puppy with the next available puppy of the same quality. The prompt return of the puppy must be accompanied by a written report from each vet. If you do not want to return the puppy, then you are accepting it as is and this voids the guarantee. We cannot stand behind hypoglycemia, because it is up to the new owner to make sure the puppy eats and is given something sweet [ honey, nutra-cal, or sugar water ] to keep it's energy up. The new owner should make sure the puppy has ample time to rest and not burn all it's energy up before it lays down to sleep, especially the tiny ones. Most vets. say to give a tiny drop of honey 5-6 times a day. If a minor condition exist, such as worm eggs, ear mites, etc return the puppy and it will be treated at no additional cost. If the puppy should be diagnosed with or die from any birth defect, such as heart, kidney, or liver failure, the buyer should have an autopsy done and furnish Breck Kennel with a copy stating the cause of death and a replacement puppy will be given as soon as possible. Breck Kennel will under NO circumstances make any refunds on puppies. Breck Kennels will not assume any vet cost or any other cost you, as the buyer might incur in connection with the puppy you are purchasing from Breck Kennel . You, the purchaser must waive any cost what so ever you might have against Breck Kennel and it's owners and agree to do so by signing this contract. I understand Breck Kennel will mail the papers on a new puppy to the buyer upon the clearance of the buyer's check. Allow at least three weeks for this, unless AKC is slow in getting the papers back. If puppy is paid for in cash, papers will be given then, if available or applicable. You may also pay with Paypals, just click on emblem on my site, with paypals, remember to add the 3 % they charge. If puppy is being shipped this contract must be signed and returned before puppy can be shipped. REMEMBER ANY BILLS INCURRED WITH THIS PUPPY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
