Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie) Puppies

Yorkies (Yorkshire Terriers) are small, elegant, fine-boned, easy to carry, and don't take
up much space. They have lovely flowing coats that doesn't shed (great for allergy
sufferers).
A Yorkie is lively and inquisitive, doesn't require a lot of exercise,
is a keen watchdog and does well with other pets. However, Yorkies can suffer from
"Separation Anxiety" (destructive behavior and barking) when left alone too
often. They must be well socialized and require frequent brushing and combing.
Due to their small size and temperment, Yorkies should be considered less suitable for
families with small children.

Puppies
priced early may have their prices changed as they get older and change, until they are
sold, which locks in a price. Puppies picked before 9 weeks old can be changed for another
one until it is 9 weeks old and then it is considered sold and deposit is non
-transferable. If the puppy is over 9 weeks old when the deposit is put on it, the
deposit is non transferable to another puppy. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold
a puppy. We ship priority parcel out of Dallas, Texas. The cost of the health
certificate, crate, and shipping is $275. A Puppy must be not only old enough, but big
enough to ship. When puppies are ready to go, you have 7 days to pay it off with the
shipping, if applicable. If the puppy has to be shipped, you need to pay it off early or
pay with a cashiers check or through paypal, to avoid holding up shipping [paypal charges
3% to use them]. If the puppy is being picked up, final payment can be made at that time.
If puppy is not paid off are other arrangements made with in two weeks of being told
puppy is ready to go, puppy is put back up for sale and your deposit is forfeited. If I
meet you down the road to pick up your puppy, there will be an extra charge, to off set
expenses.
